New Year, New Partnership

Here at FINNEGANS, we’re proud of our mission to turn beer into food and support local produce from local growers along the way as part of the fight to alleviate hunger, but there are many other great businesses with similar aspirations. One of them is Fiddlehead Coffee Co. cafe in Rochester, Minnesota.
Along with their opening in January, Fiddlehead will act as our first satellite taproom, offering a rotating selection of FINNEGANS brews, including an exclusive release of Caorthannach, a small batch Russian Imperial Stout. In addition, Fiddlehead’s Rochester-roasted coffee beans will be featured in upcoming FINNEGANS brews.
“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase our unique small-batch beers and barrel aging series through Fiddlehead’s top-notch team, to the dynamically growing Rochester community,” said head brewer Ryan.
Fiddlehead is known for their intentional approach to coffee, focusing on quality and agricultural sustainability, sourcing many of their ingredients locally and taking great care of their employees.
Following their motto “good find, find good,” Fiddlehead is committed to community stewardship and is heavily involved in hunger relief efforts including spearheading the brand new Meals on Wheels annual Gala on March 2.
There’s a lot to look forward to with this win-win partnership because making a difference always has a deeper impact when we work together. This is a chance to make new friends, grow our FINN base down in Rochester, and brew some delicious beers with renowned Fiddlehead beans—all the while helping to bring fresh produce to local food shelves in a growing craft beer market.
Stay tuned for exclusive releases, events and tastings at Fiddlehead over the next few months—a great reason to take a trip to Rochester.
