The taproom has been humming lately and Logan and I are trying to give you all the variety you so deserve. The patio has opened, and the market has started on Wednesdays. The air has finally warmed so IPA’s and burgers have been a constant at my house. The grill is used frequently. What does this have to do with anything? Mostly it’s about what I am excited about and I am hoping for you to be excited about as our first official night of summer arrives. The solstice is coming right around the corner and we want you to come out to the taproom to try this delicious beer. It’s hazy, spiced and perfect for pints and growlers. Let me tell you about it.
White Clover: Witbier 5.2% ABV and 22 IBUs
A classic Belgian inspired wheat beer brewed with a copious amount of wheat and spiced with coriander and Seville orange peel. Hopped with Czech Saaz to impart that classic grassy note, and Comet to add an extra bit of grapefruit aroma to meld with the orange peel. It has a peppery bite and a smooth body with a totally unfiltered hazy complexion. My version of a porch pounder.

East Town Czech Style Pilsner and Blood Orange Platform Pilsner will be coming back soon.
